Try this Classic Potato Salad Recipe
4 pieces medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
3 pieces hard boiled eggs, diced
6 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, mustard powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
2. In a bigger bowl, combine eggs, potatoes, celery, sweet pickle relish, and onion. Toss.
3. Add the mayonnaise mixture and gently toss until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Place inside the fridge for at least 3 hours.
5. Serve chilled.
